Our
approach is simple and effective, consisting of the following
steps;
- A
two day kickoff workshop with all your sales leaders where we
cover the essentials of sales coaching including techniques,
self-awareness and reflection and ensure that all your sales
leaders understand how to coach their staff
- A
series of one to one coaching sessions (generally lasting two
hours) with each sales leader monthly for four months
- Monthly
one -day workshops with the sales leadership team to share and
learn from each person's experiences
- 360
feedback using our Trusted Advisor sales coaching questionnaires
at the start and end of the programme to measure change and
progress
- Access
to email and telephone support for each sales leader as required
through the programme and beyond
