The
Sales Coach is a service from New
Frontiers. We
work in partnership with our clients, one-to-one and in small
groups, helping them develop the behaviors, attitude and motivation
that enables them to meet their employer's goals, their client's
needs and their own ambitions.
New Frontiers specialises in helping professionals be their
very best at work. The Directors are Susan Scott and John Schonegevel.
Susan and John are responsible for all clients and projects
and are supported by great associates who specialise in a variety
of areas including Sales Coaching.
We
are all focused, creative, passionate about people and committed
to establishing effective new approaches to performance improvement
and personal development. We are humbled by the fact that our
clients feel the same way.
Before we start a project, we listen, we ask questions, we explore
the situation with you. We'll help you frame and reframe the
issue, aim to offer some useful suggestions and ideas and work
to help you establish the best way to resolve your issue.
Only
once you are confident that we can actually deliver something
of real value will we look to make our proposals, including
the goal, objectives and proposed programme of work.
We generally work on a fixed time and fee basis. We are also
happy to consider other arrangements, such as success related
fees, where appropriate.

to continue succeeding long after we have finished our work
on your behalf.
